Old Rocks watermill

Once upon a time this mill was the heart of the village. Time went by as time does and at one point it was abandoned in favour of modern mills. Some time last century someone tried to make it their home. What went wrong no one knows. But there is a whisper in the village of some sort of sadness laying over the mill.
Can you make it a happy house again?

Objects used are arches,doors,window,plants and wall and floors and ground covering.Some objects or walls/floors from unknown artist.

Numenors custom walls and modular stairs are needed.
I have all Ep’s and glamours stuff. Last one probably have no influence on the lot.
Lot sizes 9×9. Prize completely forgotten.

 

I would  love to se any decorating  of this lot. Animefemme did a gorgeous  bedroom a while ago.  Gorgeous decorating The  lot can also be used as it  is  or as a fixer  upper, perhaps in contests?
