Hi!
The day has come and the day has passed for some.
Did you know that in the scandenavian countrys we open our gifts the 24th after the big christmas dinner?
I had my family for dinner yesterday. Omg so much to do. The big dinner for us is ribs from pork cooked in the  oven in a special way. Served with gravy made with the juices of the rib cooking, and sour cabbage, not exactly like sauterkraut but similar, then we have brusselsprout, mmm I love thoose, and a chutney made of some typical mountian berries here. Yummy and way to heavy. Hihi..:)

well well now to the  last calendar.

Advent calendar day 20

Good  morning!
It has  been many days since  my last  post. Duye to the redo of  our house, me still not beening well and christmas preperations. Time flyes to fast  now.

Today I bring you my best friends blog.
She  is a energic and  very cheerful mother  of 4, shopowner and house renovater. Yes she got to much to do in very little time, but she get  it all done. She  is amazing.
I strongly recoment to use google translator because she if full of fun and selfirony, wich every woman needs when she got at much to do as Nina does.
We  have  know  one another since we were 16 so we go way back in time together.
And have the same passions, interior and gardening.


They moved  into the house in 2008. This  means all you see  is done after that because they bought a  pretty run down house. it says a  lot of what she  manages to get done.

Advent calendar day 8

As you might already have noticed I did not make a  post  yesterday. I got lucky and got  myself out of the fever coma that has tortured med the last two weeks last night. So feed up of watching my house look like  mayhem I got the bath cleaned, tidied  up a bunch of places and started painting our hall again. The energy lasted some  hours then it was back to the sofa again. But today I am okay. Hope it lasts.

Todays  inspiration blog is passionate for white. A US blog that stands out among the pastell pinkalishious and baby blue shabby chic blogs. It  is scandanavian shabby chic  in style. So much gorgeous stuff. She  is very good at showing DIY stuff and she  have a  passion for white, vintage even Jude Law  is  in the also. LOL! :D

Very late today. My day have  been buzy. You know when the ladies gets  ill, somehoiw the vacuum cleaner and all other house wrok tend to stop up. Well my hubby is  not any  different. Hrrmppff.. ;-)
I got a  little done today. In slow  motion because I am far from well yet. But at least  up from the sofa and free from fever.
