A modern house for a change.
It contains a very spacious kitchen-dining-living-office room, master bedroom and masterbath. There is also some space up in the loft for hobbies or whatever you like.
I have all Ep’s and glamour stuff but I recon the stuff pack is not needed for this to work.
You must have numenors custom walls installed. You find them at Mod the sims if you don’t already have them.
What you see is what you get lot.
