Hi!
The day has come and the day has passed for some.
Did you know that in the scandenavian countrys we open our gifts the 24th after the big christmas dinner?
I had my family for dinner yesterday. Omg so much to do. The big dinner for us is ribs from pork cooked in the  oven in a special way. Served with gravy made with the juices of the rib cooking, and sour cabbage, not exactly like sauterkraut but similar, then we have brusselsprout, mmm I love thoose, and a chutney made of some typical mountian berries here. Yummy and way to heavy. Hihi..:)

well well now to the  last calendar.

Good  morning!
It has  been many days since  my last  post. Duye to the redo of  our house, me still not beening well and christmas preperations. Time flyes to fast  now.

Today I bring you my best friends blog.
She  is a energic and  very cheerful mother  of 4, shopowner and house renovater. Yes she got to much to do in very little time, but she get  it all done. She  is amazing.
I strongly recoment to use google translator because she if full of fun and selfirony, wich every woman needs when she got at much to do as Nina does.
We  have  know  one another since we were 16 so we go way back in time together.
And have the same passions, interior and gardening.


They moved  into the house in 2008. This  means all you see  is done after that because they bought a  pretty run down house. it says a  lot of what she  manages to get done.

Advent calendar day 8

As you might already have noticed I did not make a  post  yesterday. I got lucky and got  myself out of the fever coma that has tortured med the last two weeks last night. So feed up of watching my house look like  mayhem I got the bath cleaned, tidied  up a bunch of places and started painting our hall again. The energy lasted some  hours then it was back to the sofa again. But today I am okay. Hope it lasts.

Todays  inspiration blog is passionate for white. A US blog that stands out among the pastell pinkalishious and baby blue shabby chic blogs. It  is scandanavian shabby chic  in style. So much gorgeous stuff. She  is very good at showing DIY stuff and she  have a  passion for white, vintage even Jude Law  is  in the also. LOL! :D

Very late today. My day have  been buzy. You know when the ladies gets  ill, somehoiw the vacuum cleaner and all other house wrok tend to stop up. Well my hubby is  not any  different. Hrrmppff.. ;-)
I got a  little done today. In slow  motion because I am far from well yet. But at least  up from the sofa and free from fever.

I am a itsy bitsy late today. That how  it goes when it  is Saturday, molding, chrismas gifts, varm clothes etc. are  on the shopping  list. Add a grandma at 82 to go with us then you got the  picture. ;-)

It seems well.. Someone "wispered" to me I bring to many temptatings. That  is they can not stop looking at  my links. LAMO :-D
Well thats  what  it's all about. In this stressful time as advent can be , mostly for the  ladies because the  men usually have  just  one gift to think about and get. The rest we ladies figure  out and go around running  like  maniacs in hot crowded shaps and malls.
Meanwhile our supously better  half enjoy the good life in the sofa watching soccer  or what ever.
Take the  time to sit down, relax and let the world pass by for a little while is good for you. You know it will be christmas anyways. Prioritate yourself, give yourself some moments so you can forget the stress and stress down a  little bit.

 Today it is snowwhite sussie that brings  you your time out. She  is especially good at putting together small decorative groups  og decorative clutter. This  is a swedish blog, but  never  mind just enjoy the  pictures.

Good morning!
I bring temptations and drooling:)
First link in the calendar is coeur en provence Such pretty inspirational pictures. A  lot of goodies to be inspired  of  here. Look at thoose  butterflies  in the jar. This is so pretty. I dont anderstand a bit french so I just  have a good time  looking at the  pictures and that this  inspirational advent calender  is all about anyways. A lot moore inspiration to be found on the blog of course.

She also have very pretty pictures of Eucalyptus. Not all have olive branches to decorate with and Eucalypthus  is one  of  my all time favorites ( I am a florist) The leafes dries out but keep their colors, that is very handy inside our dry aired houses.

Tinhouse said she didnt want to fall into another one of my link traps LMAO :-D Well you are warned!

Lat sunday I woke  up with a familiar itch in my noose and troath. before i knew  it five days had  passed by in fever  on the sofa. Oh man that flu was nasty.
But  I am back.
But i dont carry a download this time. Oh no I carry inspiration for you.

every day I seek out  inspiration for  my own interior at  home and also for the games  of course. Doing this I find the most stunning blogs. Sometimes i just sit and gasp for air. So crafty and beautiful stuff homemade and gorgeous  makeovers  of rooms and furiture.  So I have decided as  long as I am not  prevented to do so I will post a  inspiraional blog link here  every day from the first day of advent until xmas.

Right  now i am up to my ears with paint and dust because we are doing  a  major make over in our  real life home. A must thing to do so I will not have so much time creating before xmas. But I have made one advent gift for Cherryblossom forum already. i just gotta  get  my game loaded. I forget. Dah!!
And also I have joined the santa gift at Black Pearl sims. I am so curious about  who my elf will be. =))

Regarding Caw and  my world. At the  moment things suddenly became so buzy in Rl that I just  have to take every spare  moment I can use  on it as a gift. I have to much work left  on it so I have absolutely no chance of making  it into a advent gift as I planned to. But thats how it is when unexpected angels  in my family have decided to do a  major  overhaul help with our  house. We can not say no to that can we.=)

I'm alive

Time to report in I think.I've been silent with no upcoming  work at at. You're  not spoiled I know.
Firstly I am a  little bit  messed  up right  now. I have this illness that messes with me sometimes so them I am not very good at multitasking really. But I have  been doing stuff. A lot!
What I have  never mentioned before is that this blog will not be etirely S2 blog. I am currently working  on a world. For some observant souls at Bpsit is old news. I started working with this world almost a  year ago. It is almost so long CAW came out.  The  initial inspiration and idea was the  norwegian whitewashed fishing villages that we have very many of here along our very long coastline. A long the way it became a with weatherworn french touched as well.

After the garden season finished I have worked with it almost every single day. It  is closing  in on me now. 2/3 finished aprox. Thats  not bad. I will styart testing  it next week I think. ButI have to struggle to get the LN shells  in place. Uhm. thoose. I wonder If I shall build scrapers myself  instead. Surely they will not be 30 storys high. But I am shure the game have some kind  of code that allows  me to build 8 or 10? In my opinion it would  look a  lot better.
I am not using  any CC. Well thats almost true. Jynx custom community rugs I must use. And also EA silly as  it is forgot to include the trashshute and mailbox in LN. Nutch nutch say noo moore..=/ Jynx  have fixed that for us also. Besides that.No CC at all.
Wel anyways I really just wanted to update you and show you some picture from the hood.  Well at  least a  little bit  of it. I will not relase  it before I feel it is  perfect, no less than that.
And thank you so darly for all comments  I have recived on the blog and in other forums for  my work. Your comments truly inspires to keep up the work.

Box bonanza

I found out that I had way to little recolors of the pretty box in Jopes childroom 5. Page 5  under childrensrooms. So I made 30 of them. Shabby chic, grungy, a bit suitable for halloween and 10 retro. Last group the retros did mystical not show  up in game. So I have to figure that  out. But I am releaseing the two other sets. They are both in the same rar file but  labeled with their own folder.

On thing about this  mesh is that I did not  know that the  top of the box's texture flips.And  it seems to flip a bit randomly too. So some have the  picture facing from the  locker,some  mirrored. I am very picky myself, but  I dont mind myself so I thought you did  not either. It  is just to place the backwards no problem at all. I feel they turned out to well to dicard them

Earth living shabbyfied

I have  not seen any shabbylishious recolors of Mystic Rains fantastic Earth living set so far.So I have  made some  of course.

There are the recolors. I took detailed  pics of them of because textures really dont show well in such group pictures. Some are moore shabby than others.
